It is in judicial purgatory. Haven't heard a peep for months. I'm just as glad, and not in a hurry, as A: it's not costing me anything at the moment, and B: as long as it is still before the courts (my appeal was filed), they cannot confiscate or take action on the matter.
The AGC seems to be clueless how to even proceed with kicking the matter back down to Provincial Court, and don't seem to be in any more of a hurry then I am.
