Default Another workplace fatality in the Fft. mcMurray area

This poor soul has since died in an Edmonton hospital
He will be sadly missed by many here......

Wow.

That almost happened to a friend of mine in high school.
I don't know how but somehow his shirt sleeve managed to somehow provide enough resistance to trip a breaker or something and the lathe stopped.

The only thing he got was a few sctratches on his arm.

Just his lucky day I guess.


My heart goes out to this chaps friends and family.

very sad news,

same thing happened to an older guy in my home town when his wool shirt was caught on a burr. I am surprised that they are not required to have a dead man's pedal while running a lathe in fort mac.
