Default Hand primer advice

Will a redding shell holder fit in an rcbs hand primer? And would the shell holder numbers be the same???

No and No.

There is a bevel/countersink on the underside of RCBS shell holders and the RCBS priming tool has a slight cone shape molded in to the shell holder seat to accommodate this bevel/countersink.

Just another reason why I now use the RCBS Universal hand primer, shellholders aren't required.

Yeah, I have a Hornady hand primer and I need to use their shell holders only. Other manufactuers are *just* a little too big...
