Default Ruger M77 Hawkeye?

Doing a little snooping around for manufacturers of LH rifles and was wondering if anyone has any input on the Ruger M77 Hawkeye? From doing a few searches I'm not sure if these are that accurate?Perhaps their are better choices? Browning Xbolt looks intriguing but I don't think its available in Lh?

I have owned a ruger markII m77 in .270 and it was a good shooter ,I recently upgraded to the m77 hawkeeye because of the better trigger and went to 30-06 and it shoots very well both of these guns were left hand and the new trigger is better but could still use a little work

Thumbs up Ruger M77MII or Hawkeye

Great hunting rifles. Accuracy on par with most other NA factory rifles IME. In fact my LH SS 30-06 has been surprisingly accurate right out of the box with factory 180 Grain ammunition. 3 quick shots usually go under 1". With the first 2 under 1/2 consistently....... Not bad for a pencil bbl. little rifle. All I need from a hunting rifle. Realistically, it's more than I'm capable of using to the limit in the field anyways.

Triggers, as already noted, are a weak spot. Easy fix or tweak though.

Default also just got a Hawkeye

just purchased a ruger hawkeye 30-06 SS matte finish, floating barrel, and Hogue stock. beautiful gun but haven't had a chance to fire yet. found out about trigger issues after the fact. Was originaly going for a Savage 116 SS. accutrigger on my dad 22 is awesome!! but the ruger had much better feel to it. now just need a scope. Leopold vx3 or Zeiss Conquest? hmmmm
