Lake Agnes

Will be doing the tea house hike this year at lake louise and was wondering if the lake at the top of the hike (lake agnes) is open to fishing? I can't find it in the regs. Also were can I obtain a fishing license for fishing in the national park? Any input is greatly appreciated.

You can get fishing permit for the NPs at any of the information offices in Banff or LL.
