I was lucky he was in a side channel in a deep pool, he couldn't bolt away.
The most exciting thing was running back to my pontoon boat just to get the net which was 50 yards away....

Not at the time, i did measure him up to my net. He came in at just over 25. Friday's fish, came in at 23 when i measured the net. I am still ecstatic.

Thanks guys! Now i have to wait in anticipation for late june early july to get back on the bow... Sigh. Oh well, thats the best time of year anyways!
