Default Nafa presale evaluation

If you look it's under lotting letter evaluation I think. They did that last year by accident on the one sale but took it down quick. Anyway check it out and see what they value your fur at. You need to open it then download it or I did at least.

sure hope they're wrong on those estimates! I went through my lotting and compared values to the same grades that were sold in February. these latest estimates aren't even close.

My son saw this feature but didnt post in hopes they wouldnt take it down like was done last time .. I too hope they are wrong .Im guessing it is a base price that they set the bought back price number on .

They have those up every year for a short period of time. Most of the estimates are lower than what you get. The odd one will be higher. I have a top lot coyote that has a estimate of $200 for example. I think I heard someplace that those estimates is what they use if you want a cash advance on your furs before the sale

Here's the explanation from NAFA:

What does the “PRESALE_EST_VALUE” amount represent?

"That value is a starting point or focus point for the auctioneer. We try and get that value or better."

Just an interesting observation.......Before the auction I printed out the data sheet to compare the estimated price to the actual selling price. Two of my fox had prices in the last column so they must have sold Private Treaty before the auction.
