Default Bases and Rings

I've got an old Mossberg 800a .308 that I am refinishing and putting a scope on. I think for bases I need these Weaver ones:

But for rings, I am a bit confused. Do I need to use Weaver rings, or can I use a Leupold?

Default Weaver bases

Hard to find proper info on the correct bases.I came up with Weaver #56 + or#57 so not sure if you can use either front and rear? Looked through my parts bin and I don't have these ones or I'd have sent them to you......Harold

Thanks for the thought. I was looking at cabbalas online and they have a weaver parts guide and it says #55? I'll go by cabbalas and see what they have there, maybe take it in with me.
