The shells are devoid of explosive and the missile has a blue warhead.

Nice collection of inert, empty or dummy shells. Horrors!
The people of Britain had plenty of fight and some skill in them in the 1940s. Probably not anymore. According to the linked newspiece, their govt. has just made antique firearms illegal.
That's how societies are changed: incrementally, one restriction at a time.

Only good things left are hunting rabbits at night (lamping) and able to use silencers on air rifles.

More than 40 prohibited weapons have been seized and they are in the process of being examined by specialist officers under the Firearms Act.
Among their number was a First World war artillery shell and the large grey missile, which has 'Air Force FA-770' painted onto it, and is thought to have been designed to be released by a fighter aircraft.
'We have recovered a significant number of firearms at this address, many of which appear to be antique or heritage weapons relating to the World Wars,' said Detective Chief Inspector Debbie Dooley, from Greater Manchester Police.
'At this stage the weapons do not appear to have been collected for any other reason than as part of a hobby but it does not detract from the seriousness that these weapons pose, particularly if they get into the wrong hands.' "Get into the wrong hands"! Whose hands would those be? Some punk is going to rob a corner store with an artillery shell?!? If history is anything to go by he could very well die in prison.

More likely to break some cops toes, hauling them out of there.

Nazi Britannia
Sounds like they want a disarmed populace just like the Nazis did. Hard to have an opinion or fight back when your muzzled behind bars and unarmed. The greatest threat to average people is a controlling govt

And what does blue mean to a non-NATO country or a NATO one pre 1976?
Especially without a brown band for the rocket motor.
Personally the rocket looks more like a prop to begin with but some of the other shells would be suspect for sure.

Do you see any explosive in those hollowed out shells Oki?
Blue is the colour used for military dummy ammo.
The missile in the picture is a training missile.
Any one see a fuse on on any of those artillery shells?
That country is sure going to the dogs.
The only real men left over there are the soccer holligans.

Blue is the colour of training missiles. You see them used at Cold Lake.

Blue is for training on post 1976 NATO munitions. By the same rules it would also have to have a brown band to mark the rocket propellant in the motor.
I see fuzes on about 40% of the visible rounds in the photo (yet a fuze is not required for a round to contain explosives). I also see many items that would be suspect with out a closer inspection.
The article however is more specifically about the prohib weapons found at the house.

Marked Air Force. Who's Air force ? Usually countries are very specific about identifying their ordnance. As well, the exhaust nozzles don't look realistic.
