Headed back there Thursday before all the ice goes hostalavista baby . Theres some massive fish that are lurking along the edges of the ice , and as soon as that lure goes by there on it like a fat kid on a smartie.

Was the boatlaunch free of ice yet? I have something I need to put in the water and take a few laps with...but the last I heard on Monday was there was still 20 feet of ice out from the launch. Thanks, Chris K

Naw its all iced up . We were there from 8 am until about 5 this evening and we watched at least 2 feet of ice melt , and it poping and cracking and some moron drive on in his truck and crack crack crack didnt go threw but we were over a 100 feet away and could hear as if we were right beside it., there were a few folks in there boats, I took my boat we fished in it this morning but it was so darn windy , so we fished from the dock and mannaged a few 24 '' , to 36 '' But we noticed the pike are started to come shallow , to spawn , we counted I dont know at least 50 .
