What do you expect a conservative leader to say who needs to try and win an election and can’t do so without Quebec? Tackle one thing at a time and starting with the western side of things is just smart strategy.

He was supposed to be at a fund raiser near Olds last Wednesday. Never heard about a cancellation, but I'm assuming he never made it. Would have been a bummer if I had attended.

Not at all... Get elected, do some good out west your first term before going for your second. At that point maybe being in a position to bring it back to the table. Why does one have to make a lifelong plan before even getting elected?
