If Cowboy keeps his right hand high to protect from mcgregor left hand, kicks the crap out of mcgregor right knee/leg, and can take mcgregor down Cowboy has a chance.

McGregor, as much as he's a tool, moves in and out so well and seems to be able to pick shots, so Cerrone will have to be sharp to be able to land very much.

I expect McGregor to win, but would love to see him get his butt knocked out to shut him up for a bit.

Cerrone has been knocked out 6 times before. As much as I’d like to see him win, I think Mcgregor will catch him early and knock him out.

I'd like to see MacGruber worn out in a 5 rounder. I don't see it happening tho. As much as I'd like to see him beat, you have to respect that laser punch.

Back in GSP’s run of great fighting, he would have been a sure bet against a guy like Connor, now maybe not so much, GSP is getting long in the tooth for any sorta high end fast paced fighters that he can beat up so quickly as he once did.. GSP was the best.. very best!

Based on the new placement of Cobowy's nose I'd say pretty assuredly not a work, but I am pretty disappointed. I had hoped for a fight. At least the under-card ended up having some interesting fights and finishes sans Holly Holm vs Raquel Pennington.

Stand and trade with Connor and your going to get zapped. Guys with world class ground games can beat Connor if they choose to use their ground skills. Khabib and Nate showed this. Cerrone wanted to stand and trade with him and he said this in interviews leading up to the fight. Connor Has absolute world class boxing skills. You gotta take it to the ground to beat him..

Watch the interviews and preshows with Connor leading up to the fight. He is very humble and has turned a new leaf. I loved to hate him but now I can’t. He made mistakes and knows it and he’s not the same guy now. I wanted both of them to win lol

Kind of a mismatch all around.
Take a known fast starter like Connor at his prime and put him up against a known slow starter like Cowboy who is past his prime and has been knocked out half a dozen times.
Their names make for a decent money draw but not a true test for Connor.
Kind of lame IMO.
