Little bit of fall moose in smoker for our adventure tommorow!!

Heading out to clear the trails tommorow and do a overnight winter camp out with my boys!! 4 pound moose roast 24 hours in marinade and 12 in dry rub!! Low and slow is how that will be cooked!!
