Default Angler Advisory and Request for ES 1 & 2

Did anyone see this angler advisory/request for the southern foothill zones? Odd that it wasn't posted sooner. It is already 10 days old.

Heard nothing of it and just got back from spending 10 days up at Livingstone... You'd think something would be posted at the registration box or mentioned by the CO, but nothing.

Don't know why they don't implement "hoot-owl" restrictions like Montana. In situations like this, they could identify all effected waters and temporarily restrict the fishing from 7am-2pm until conditions improve.
