Any proper butcher should be able to find you one.

Last time I wanted some I just asked the guys at Meatco in Wainwright and when they were getting ready to make bacon... they set a couple aside for me.

Viva Deli, down by carnival cinemas. Vitali should have some on hand, but call ahead.

Cross hatch score a chunk. Place it on cookie sheet and drizzle olive oil.
Sprinkle a few of your favorite spices on and bake.
Don't tell your doctor.lol

WOW! 6 bux a pound seems real high to me. and 5 bux for beef ribs???????
Ribs in Provost are 1.95 a pound, shorts or large BBQ beef ribs.

Sow belly is a couple bux a pound.
Awesome bacon with or without rind is $4 or less a lb.
