If you have been in there since the sale started, the Sitka is on sale but they jacked up the prices like a bunch of crooks...

yes, I saw that. When I was there it was 25% off "jacked pricing"didn't bite. 50% off Jacked Pricing I would pay.

Wholesale are crooks and im glad they are going under. Last week i bought a rifle at 25% off cause the guy behind the counter told me that the lowest the rifles will go is 30% off as that is the threshhold for mark up. He said at 30% off they expect that other dealers will buy all of their inventory. The next day, after i bought they were 30% off. I guess a sucker is born every day.

I bought a wood stocked, Savage Axis 2 combo in .30-06 this morning for $371 and a Bushnell Legend 3x9x40 scope for $135. The gun counter salesman said they had 15 of these Savages in stock.

I was looking at the birch wood stocked Axis II today. I almost bit.
Heck even the Axis for $299.
My will power was lacking last Friday as I walked out with and Axis with camo stock in .308
I might bite deeper if they have any in .223
