Default 30 inches wide..?

Just wondering if you guys thinks this big ol boy goes 30+...

Just my opinon but you might have to stretch that tape to get 30".

Perhaps. Estimating a MD from the rear is very tricky business, especially when he has his ears back like that. You really need to wait for him to move his ears or give you a diferent look. In my estimation, he could range from 24-28". He appears to be just a forker, so I would lean to the lower range, using these photos as the sole judge.

Oh i know.. Hes the worlds biggest 2x2 or atleast the worlds biggest 2x2 i have seen.. Hes got a tine coming straight out from the base and a couple of brow tines and a small drop on the other side.. Hes a freak of a 2x2.. Im thinking this guy is pushing 30 outside...

From the original post, with the left ear straight out and the antler past that. I would think from the center of the skull to tip of ear would be about 11" plus another 3 or 4 of antler past that you'd be real close but just a guess?

30" wide or not he has horrible genetics. I would maybe give him 30" tip to tip. Big bodie on him just no trophy potential.

22-24" or therabouts and further what sheep said, they grow 30" when they are in go-away mode.
