Hasn't been fishing well this year from what I've heard. Pretty sure the ice would still be fine to walk on though, chain lakes is still good.

was out there on tuesday and there was about three feet of water along the shore so was a little tricky getting on to the lake but once your out there the ice is still about 2 feet. fished for 2 hours and didnt even have a bite so we left to shoot gophers instead
