I would really like to know the rational behind that?
It allows one guide to have two hunters at separate stands, more profit for the outfitter. A hunter shot a grizzly bear by mistake several years ago in the Fort McMurray area several years ago, because he couldn't tell the difference, and there was no guide with him.
