Default G.Fred Asbell R.I.P.

Dang! I just found out via a Trad Archery group that the great G.Gred Asbell has passed on.
Time marches on, and non of us is imortal!
He was a great insperarion to me.....

His book on Instinctive shooting was a great source of information and inspiration when I took up bow hunting .

I owe so much of my appreciation for archery and hunting to Fred. Never met him but knew him through his writings. Agreed Cat: "time marches on".

I was fortunate to have met Fred a couple of times. The man was a true gentleman and a great teacher
