I just wanted to comment that the castor glands still have value in summer. oil glands are good for lures or bait scent. Carcasses are saleable to bear hunters. And there is such a thing called 'summer prime'. Pelts are not worth more than 5 to 10 dollars each if there is a market at all.
Talk with the county you are in , there may be a bounty on beavers too.
IMO - I would charge per animal. 20 to 40 per nuisance animal depending on the situation and location. I would also tell the farmer that I wouldn't trap all of the beavers during summer but manage their numbers and take the majority during winter.
