Again, word it however you want.

You'll be gone in a few days anyway, until next time you surface I guess. No worries, we enjoy the quietness between your visits

Despite having funds to build the cabin he wanted there he obviously trapped it. Don't think he paid somebody to haul all those wolves in and pose for a picture in front of his cabin.

Different line Dark Wing. The one we talked about in this thread is just south of my Kakwa line. The one where they flew in the cabin anyway.

Did anyone hear if someone was successful in getting the line after completing negotiations for assets with previous owner/widow?

Not likely BGW. I'm guessing the line will be going up for sale like normal now that the 1992 agreement and guidelines are back in effect.

Of course I'm just speculating

Tork as I understand all the guys that applied and assume met trapper requirements were sent a letter saying they needed to negotiate for assets cabins etc with the previous owner/widow before final approval. Basically 1850-1 1992 process. Just wondering if someone actually got agreement then has now been approved by Bio as new owner. Thus it would be a hybrid system of both new Bio review and old 1992 policy.

I guess it wouldn't matter as long as she got what she wanted for the "assets" but under the 1992 agreement I'm pretty sure anybody else could call her up right now and make a deal.
This sale could very well set a precedent for the future sales of Traplines and "assets" in the future
