Which Backstrap Release. - need help

Shooting a recurve for recreational purposes only, three weeks ago I injured my pulling hand breaking some bones and tendons. I have a Carter Target 4 release but cant close my hand around it. I'm thinking of putting a P loop which I also had on two previous compounds and going the route of a back strap release. I'm considering Carter Like Mike II, Scott Verge or Spot Hogg. If you have - greatly appreciate your comments. Thanks
