Default How's the ice on Maligne and Minnewanka?

Not sure which one to hit for the May opener, hoping someone here knows if the ice is off either yet. Thank you.

The wife and I went up to Maligne last weekend. Still froze over and a fair bit of snow laying around.

Send a pm to Big Bull maybe he can help you out. The lake is usally ice free by mid June.

I'm pretty sure the ice will not be off Maligne Lake in time for the long weekend. Still lots of snow in the mountains around Jasper.
