Default Scott Releases and Warranty Policy

Noticed about three weeks ago that my Scott "Lil Goose" release was starting to chew up my d-loops on my bows. The upper jaw had developed a burr inside it from so many years of use. I've had this release since 2004 and have shot numerous 3D competitions and bowhunted solely with this release.

In 2007, I sent it away to Scott because the trigger spring had broken. They repaired it very quickly and sent it back no charge. They even paid the shipping.

Anyway, sent this same release back to them three weeks ago and asked them to fix it if they could. If they couldn't, I requested that they send it back anyway as I had some really good memories with it. Today, I received a package from them that not only contained my old release with a new jaw installed but also a brand new Lil Goose. It's very much like my old one but I'm sure it's a new and improved model. An invoice was enclosed that said no charge, paid in full!!

With warranty service like this, I'll be shooting a Scott release for a long time.

Nice to see a company that cares , I have a Lil bitty goose and it's pretty rock solid, won't be getting rid of it either.

I bought a Scott Silverhorn and right out of the package it had a bit of the strap lining along the edge that looked like it was melted a bit almost. I sent them an email the night I opened the package and at 7am the next morning I check my email to see they asked for my address and if I wanted a black or a camo strap, no questions asked. Great company in my opinion.
