Huge win. Sloppy but offence came through. Defence was good I thought also. Campbell let two in he should of had but let’s face it. That Svechnikov has a great shot.

He came through with a save on AHO that in my opinion did give us a win. Didn’t want to see OT against Carolina.

Good win against a top team proves the Oilers have something again this season.

Good start. Skinner is 5th base in save %.

I was at the game and thought the Oilers played very good and the game could have gone either way. I really liked Niemelainen game today and wouldn't mind seeing Murray or Bouchard sitting for a game and run 12 and 6 with:

Nurse/Ceci
Kulak/ Bouchard or Murray
Barrie/Niemelainen

Bouchard and Murray need to be split up and paired with a D-Man that can calm the play down in the D zone.

I wouldn't change a thing with the forward lines.

Last game Draisaitl, Hyman, and Nuge were the best line. This game is was McLeod's line.

I was at the game also. The path to the finals goes thru St.Louis in the west book it.

Oil played well but again first 10mins was less than desirable. 3rd line has been playing well but we need them to start chipping in once in a while.

Fun game and lots of Pittsburg fans in the building. Not many times that we will score 6 and McDavid doesn’t have a point. Hopefully his back isn’t too sore tomorrow. That Draisaitl goal was spectacular.

Good win by the Oil, slow start again but the 2nd and 3rd they totally dominated, McD took a bad one, hope he isn't to sore today

Man o man, why couldn't I have been at that game with the kids rather than Saturday's snooze fest! (That was one of the most boring NHL games I've been too, and that's saying a lot, I've lived in Calgary for 20 years...) What a completely different game and atmosphere last night (as far as I could tell from TV screen), that was entertaining hockey.

Hope McD's back/hip is OK, he seemed to be less than 100% after that.

Campbell was stellar. That was a very good team win and a great way to tee it up for the road trip.

He led the way. After their captain went down. If he was on any other team, hockey fans would be talking about him a lot more than they are. Campbell was pretty good. That's a couple of games in a row that Bouchard nails some of those stretch passes. Oilers either tied or broke the record for most shots on goal in a period. Same with Kane. He's not afraid to shoot it.

Had a couple of VERY boisterous Pen's fans behind us.

They were pretty quiet for the second half of the game

Broadcast caught a glimpse of one chucking his jersey on the ice while the oil were celebrating their win lol

Sheesh the season just started...little early for a full meltdown you'd think
