Just back and had to review 18 pages of new posts when i returned to see if i hsd missed anything important? Had pretty good wifi in common areas of resort but when i forgot and tried to access AO from mexico i got a prohibited site warning as it " featured guns, ammunition and sport hunting"

Probably specific to resort wifi system as i dont recall seeing this message at bahia principe tulum either. We were at quayabitos royal decameron and then bucerius r.c and both sites showed the site blocked message

If you’re on your phone, you can download a vpn app which lets you get through that “blockage”. It basically removes those barriers.

I left Alberta Jan 23 travelled to the Baja , still here, leaving April 10 driving back, never and issue with AO websites check a few times a day

hehehe, guess so but 2 hours on beach 6 hours by pool 3 hours eating too much and drinking too much each day still leaves a lot of time to check out this and several other forums. With wifi and no prohibition I could do so from beach or pool or any common area in resort, mexican multi tasking

Last November while in Mexico I bought a Leupold scope from a site that wasnt blocked & even sent them an emt from poolside with a Paloma in hand!

Never an issue logging on from my rental in Mazatlan. It's an Air bnb though and not a resort connection.

Agree, after 8 or 10 hours in that sun that still leaves LOTS of time to check out the interwebs when I'm watching the sun set in my hammock on the rooftop terrace.
