Transfering a leased vehicle

My job has changed thru the pandemic and I am working fully from home. The leased vehicle I have really isn’t used much. I have a friend who’s interested in taking over the lease. What do I need to do to make that happen?

I've done it before, it's pretty easy, both parties go to the dealership (make appointment) and transfer it to the other guy. Couple hours it was done.

But yes. Call your leasing company first.
