Default Sturgeon Lake Walleye

Went out two weekends ago and this weekend to Young's Point. Jigging with minnows off the point has been very productive in 3-5m of water. I'm loving my new Fenwick walleye class rod! Plenty of nice healthy eyes. Friday was nice and calm so I paddled my canoe over to the narrows and found a bunch of small pike with a five of diamonds. Great lake. Has anybody tried down near Williamson park?

Haven't caught any walleyes yet at Sturgeon. I mainly fish off the dock they have setup at Young's Point. I've had a couple of walleyes follow my hook to the dock then swim away followed by threats of dynamite
