Fished newell on sat. very slow again. Gave up on trying to catch walleye and went for pike. I got 2 pike one weighing 16lbs. and another weighing 17lbs.10oz. I had to dig out the tipups every halfhour because of the blowing snow. My friend that went with me caught nothing.

Nice healthy lookin fish you got. right on. how deep? hows the best way to get on that lake. Might try next weekend and check it out.

I drove on at kinbrook there is some sketchy lookin ice but I had no problems drivin all over the east side.
BB I was goin to bust out the shotgun, popularized by FF, but my fingers were frozen so I opted for a quick pic and release.
