Lee Enfield gun refinishing question

Hey everyone,
I have 3 Lee Enfieldv303 British rifles, purchase identical for a reason (I need a 4th by the way).
Our grandfather hunted with this gun, so in his honor were prepping these 4 as usable guns with some custom engraving. We need to run these through some typical gun-smithing to get them all up to top notch, but also need some help getting some custom engraving and work done. looking for some fine work.

Any ideas where I could get this done?

I met a guy once that does amazing work, I lost his contact but I will try and find him this week.
