Default I just couldn't bring myself to do it...

I packed up my ice stuff...put it into the new otter sled to see if it all fits and toyed with the idea of putting it all away for the season.

I just couldn't do it....

I am not ready to quit the ice for the season.

Is there anyone from the Calgary area that wants to go for one last (maybe) hurrah on Saturday or Sunday???

I don't care where or for what...I just need to go.

Easy to put it away when there are so many fly-fishing opportunities coming up, as well as sturgeon fishing while sitting on a beach drinking a brew. Oh yeah.

Oh no worries...

I will definitely putting in the time with the summer opportunities. I just really enjoy ice fishing and it seems the ice season is soooooooo short here!

We are hoping to try Gull or Sylvan one more time this coming weekend as this last weekend was pretty decent. Ice is still awesome but the entry at the boat launch is getting pretty chewed up.

We're gonna hit Spray at some point but there's still lots of time left in the year for that.

If you want to come or meet us out there let me know.

Cool

Gonna try Gull or Sylvan again this weekend. Hoping for a couple more good days before having to pack away the ice gear and switch to open water.
