Default Perch

Hey guys I live in Hinton and would love to try for some Perch before winter ends, I have heard that Obed has perch but that they can be hit and miss and on the very small side even for perch. Are there any other lakes in the area worth trying ? and what the driving conditions would be like on the ice ? No need for your secret Honey hole or anything just a decent lake worth trying that I can still drive on or not have to walk miles to catch a few fish. My wife and kids well be with me and safty comes first.

I ve talked to my Canada bread sales rep, and he suggested Bear/Long/shinnging/ and minnow, but he hasn't fished the area much himself. Any help would be much appreciated even if it was just for ice road conditions. For the record I am leaning towards Bear or long lake.

Thanks....
