Default Anyone looking for help cutting up your animals in the Edmonton area?

Hi I'm a SaIT trained meat cutter looking to see if anyone needs a hand cutting up their animals. I can also teach the methods to break down an animal if that's what you're looking for. Get in touch and we can discuss rates. In Edmonton my names Rob and my number is 780 996 6519.

Agree.

Good on you for the offer Rob.

Even though dad showed me and I am showing my son, I would pay for Rob to come out and give us a tune up course if we get a buck or elk this fall. Money well spent to watch a pro again. When I was a kid, the neighbor was a professional butcher and did wild game out of his garage in the fall. That's where dad watched and learnt.

Right in the post it says discuss rates

It could definitely be beneficial and help someone learn but he is expecting compensation

I think this is an excellent offer for new hunters or people that normally take all their animals to a butcher. You would be surprised how easy it is to do and once you learn you will save a ton of $. You can do this on your kitchen table quarter by quarter easily with some meat paper and or poly and a good cutting board. I think a lot of people are intimidated by a dead animal an what to do with it. Good on ya for offering the help!

Man you ever come down to Bozeman area for work and you’d make a killing! A lot of our meat cutters have retired or quit lately. I only know of 2 now when we used to have 10.

Most I ever paid for an elk was $400 but worth every penny as they did a phenomenal job. Now I cut myself as I have no choice but it’s ugly…

Been doing this myself in the Calgary area for the past 8 years.
I've got a pretty good set up, with a pretty good group of guys that come to me. Welcome to the club Rob. Hunters are the best clients. I love nothing more than cutting game and talking hunting and hearing everyone else's experiences and sharing mine.

There's a crazy number of mobile meat cutters these days. Lots of them are getting into trouble by not being properly setup. Not taking proper info for fish and wild life.

A family member uses one. $350 cuts and wraps entire moose.

Pretty good business if your good and quick.

Thumbs up

This is great for people who never did their own animals before or for a seasoned person to perhaps learn something new!
