Default Optics Planet (thumbs down!)

I'm having the most frustrating shopping experience I've had in a very long time with this company....I'm ****ed!

All talk and no action. Lies followed by more lies. One missed promise after another.

Of course the obvious thing for me to do is cancel my order and demand a refund...but they have what I want at the price I can afford.

If someone has some suggestions for dealing with them please share.

Cancel the order and buy from a reputable outlet. Opticsplanet is a a joke.
Go over to gunnutz and search it, very few happy customers.

Is the frustration worth the price? If not cancel the order.

Default Try E-bay

I just bought some Vortex Talon HD's for under $400 on E-bay, after shipping & exchange it was $420 CAD & these were new in the box. I shopped for a while & didn't find them under $550 anywhere. Very happy with them by the way, out perform my Steiners by far. Anyhow look around there are deals to be had out there still.

As others have suggested, there are much better choices in the long run.

Opticsplanet is just fine....in the US.

The problem here is that even though you go to and order through Opticsplanet.ca, the "Canadian" orders are supplied form the US. Therefore all State Department, Department of Commerce and ITAR restriction apply.

Due to this a huge amount of their inventory is not able to be shipped to Canada without permits ($$$$$) from the US.

Cancel your order and buy stock that is actually already landed in Canada.
