Default Namur Lake Lodge

I am a pretty novice fisher. This last week I was able to take my kids out to Namur Lake Lodge. We had a great time. Bev and Cornell really took care of us. I had brought a rod and tackle box I had borrowed off of someone else. Cornell set me up with a different rod that was more suitable to fish in the lake. I went out the first morning and got a few nibbles. They took me out later and showed me the hotspots for fishing for trout and pike. Ended up catching about 7-8 trout in about 3 hours and then went to a bay to catch some Pike. At the end of the day Cornell showed me how to fillet them. The flight in on the float plane was also very nice. Cabins were awesome and stocked full of firewood. I would recommend it to anyone.

Of the lakes in Northern Alberta I have been to it was one of the nicer ones.
