Ran across this little vid on how the US car dealership laws work, interesting stuff about consolidation under a few investment groups, and the demise of the mom & pop dealerships. I am aware of some groups that own various dealers here, and own various makes under those groups also, I do wonder at what laws exist here that would be similar in effect to the US. With the amount of reciprocal law, and the auto pact, probably fairly reasonable to assume they are very similar, and probably in flux much like the US is.
