Default Okay fish bios - identify that black spot

Title says it all. Caught this fish a couple weeks ago in the NSR, and is the only one I've seen with these spots.

Its a rare Dalmation sturgeon!!!! actually Ive caught a couple down here even spottier.

Looks like a parasite. If it was a fish in one of my tanks I would hammer it with Clout but of course that is not an option in the river.

Clout costs quite a bit a lot of fish aliments can be cured with normal table salt or copper pennies

I'm just wondering can we also expect unionized ammonia to do less work and demand higher pay?

Id expect a lot more poo spots up on the NSR than down here, especially with so many coilers fans around! Hopefully its not the cause of the spots.
