Default Opening Day for My 12 Year Old

My 12 year old daughter and I went out on opening day on Tuesday. She shot a doe in the morning and a button buck in the evening. Good day all around. Here is a video clip of the evening hunt where she shot her buck at 175 yards.

Some very cool moments caught on video. The background music was really neat as well. Beautiful daughter and a priceless father daughter experience.
Congratulations to your daughter for her successes and to you for being a great mentor for her!!
Thanks a lot for sharing!

CONGRATULATIONS to your daughter, a fine deer an a great shot, and congratulations to you Sir, for taking the time to take your daughter hunting.... that is a memory video that you can share for life. Without a doubt the best video I have seen with an excellent choice of background music.

Congrats to your daughter.

About the music, I know the song is originally "What I love about Sundays" by Craig Morgan (who is a hunter and hosts some hunting shows in the US), but who does this "Opening Day" version?

Thanks.

Beautiful Girl! Awesome day! Nice stand in an awesome location.
I have a 6 year old girl and two sons younger then her.
I can't wait till she harvests her first deer.
What other sport can you spend the whole day with your child?
Hunting/fishing is a great way to spend time with the ones you love.
It don't get much better then that in this life!!!!
Thanks for sharing!

I sure hope that can be my daughter and I next year. I was hoping she was going to get her hunters training done this year in time, but no go. So next year will be our year hopefully. I really look forward to hunting with my children and to see the excitement will be priceless. Congratulations to you both.
