Just wanted to let all know the ice is off at these locations. Rumours have it morinville has winter killed, but we shall see. Cardiff is not totally free but lots of open water to cast into and will be probably totally free in a few days with this wind and warm weather.....any word on Carson, or other lakes??

Went out to Morinville yesterday and knowone caught anything and among the 5 of us not a single person got a bite which is unusual since we always have success there for the last 2 yrs. I hope I dont have to find a new spot
I think pretty much anywhere you go around here is going to be more of the same until they restock the lakes.
I went to Cardiff, Muir, Chickakoo and East Pit lakes yesterday and everyone I talked to said the same thing. No fish, no bites, not even any sign of fish.
