Looking for the small bales, only looking for about 20 max, anybody know of anyone who has for sale would greatly be appreciated.

they're called small squares. don't let the guy you're buying from hear you call them rectangular, the price will surely go up.

any where from 2.25 to 3.50 a bale couple guys around Leslieville have them for sale

Squares
I haven't seen squares of horse hay for 3.50 for 20 years.
Hay sells for $6.00 to $8.00 + around here. (Cochrane area)
For the OP, straw is bedding, hay is feed.

Probably last years hay, disguised as this years hay for 3.50/bale! If I could find hay for 3.50/bale, I'd buy it all!
