YUP!
I'm using a NECG receiver sight on my 9.3X74R Tikka O/U.

Wow thats a sweet looking rifle, I no longer run with open sights, failing eyesight. I had williams Fireeye fibre optics on my Marlin 444s, but when I upgraded to the new Marlin XLR in .444 I went with a Burris Compact 2-7x42 scope.
