I am willing to bet some on this forum have already seen this video. However for those that don't follow Clay Hayes, it sends a deep message. It inspires me to beat the winter doldrums and stay focused out of season, develop a workout routine, practice regularly with my bow, join associations and clubs to keep active in our sport.
