Hello,

I joined because a search found a WTS post on this forum that really interests me.
But since joining it seems that I need to be activated or some other action needs to be taken before I can send private messages, email messages, or see public profiles.
I really would like to get in touch with the seller, but what are the requirements to earn the privilege of using the messaging services?
I might be mistaken, but after trying to send two messages by PM I have no messages showing in my "sent messages" folder, and I'm not very confident that the email message I sent through the forum was sent either based on that.

Hi there and welcome to the forum,

To view public profiles I think you have to have been a member for 30 days and have made at least 20 posts. Regarding the messages you sent- I don’t believe that they save automatically in your ‘sent items’ box (cuts down on storage space, but you can change settings so that they do save) so the person may have received your messages

To save a sent message you need to scroll down the bottom of the page and choose save a copy of this message it won't save automatically

I found the option for saving sent messages.

I'll cross my fingers and assume now that the email and PM actually were sent.
