Default Nice little show

Nice day for a drive and we stopped at the Nanton Candy store to pick up multiple flavors of salt water taffy for the grandkids (and me) while having an ice cream. Mrs found an old Laura Secord cookie jar she just had to have. black licorice was my weakness. At the Esso just at north end of town the road was like a river with water coming down the hill 6 inches + deep until it diverted to the culvert and ditch at #2. One of the locals has lived there 30 years and never seen runoff like that coming down the road. One lane south on #2 was blocked with barriers and running water.

Good variety and some realistic prices. I did see one table where pretty much everything was hundreds of dollars too high. they had a 12 gauge Beretta BL 4 12 gauge 2 3/4 only up for $2495. I sold one in 20 gauge 3 inch year before last for 1200 and a bl3 20 at Thorncliff just this year for $1100??

Found a few shells including collectable ones (Browning) as well narrowed it down to a CZ Lux in pretty good shape or Brno 2 E with 3 mags and a Leupold rimfire 2-7. The Brno followed me home!!

Wife bought ear rings at one of the tables

I missed the show this year. Claresholm is one of my favorites. Unfortunately I was on a plane to Florida and I'm stuck here by the pool all week.

^Yep, agreed. Only thing of interest to me or my boy was the blue UAS Shotgun, priced at $750? If I would've thought I could've got the guy down to a reasonable amount (not sure what that amount would've been) I might have walked out with it. But lots of cool stuff there. Wasn't looking for anything in particular, just more or less out for a drive from the city. And yes, a stop at Nation Candy Store is a must...
