x2 on Jumbo Dim Sum, we go eat there every time we're in Edm. Noodle Noodle downtown has great Dim Sum too.

Best place in Calgary is called U&Me. It's on center street on the second floor of a building. It's been there since forever and the Dim Sum is very authentic. Not too many of us pale faces wander in there but they have English in small print on their menus and most of the waitresses speak English.

Mirama - Authentic and cheap but very busy, awesome too.

Noodle Noodle - is less authentic, pricier, but delicious!

When My wife and I met about a hundred years ago, I met her for a lunch date in Vancouver, Chinatown.

"You like Chinese food?"
"Yep"
We went for Dim Sum. The only Caucasians in the place.

"What is this stuff?"
"I have no idea"
"How do you know what to order?"

" I used to come here with a Chinese girl friend and she ordered""

When I think of Dim Sum the term "Dead Meat" comes to mind.

I like it and will try it when I get to the big silly. We don't have Dim Sum in Bodo.

I watched that reality show of the fish cops in California last night. They were busting stores and restaurants in China town in San Fransico. If China town in Calgary is like that then I don't think I would go to Dim Sum if it was free after seeing the back of those stores and restaurants. Good luck for those who go I hope you got strong stomachs.
