Default Sight for Target and 3D shooting

Can anyone recommend a good sight for target and 3D shooting? Was thinking of getting a axcel sight or maybe a hha kingpin XL

There are so many single pin sights on the market these days, that you would need to have a budget laid out before you can really decide what you're going to get. You can start off in the $200 range, and easily end in the $2000's so many options. Figure out your budget, and go from there. Almost every manufacturer out there makes a moveable single pin sight.

Spot Hogg, axcel, trophy ridge, Montana black gold, truglo, and the list goes on. Do your research before buying as well. Some are easier to adjust than others. Good luck in your search!

I just picked up a BlackGold Ascent Verdict 3 pin. Adjustable out to 100 yards (or further depending on pin setup). Pretty straight forward set-up (I'm pretty new to archery) and had it shooting good groupings out to 80 within an hour or so. Also seems very rugged / bomb proof, and they have awesome warranty. Pins are incredibly bright, so even at first / last light you will have no problems. Tons of options out there, but I definitely reccomend the Verdict! (around $260)

Axcel and HHA offer some of the best sights for both applications as well Spot Hogg is very good too. take a look at the Fuse Cybex slider as well. single or multi pin configuration and built like a tank. No need for a sight light either.
