Default Pronghorn Pic

This guy should be and I'm being conservative when I say this, but he should make 75". I would put him at about 16" long, he hooks way over. Pics don't do him any justice.

Looks like the field a couple miles from the border at the tower not too far from your brothers place? Seen a good one there once..

Yea bonedogg this pronghorn could have a bit better prong on him, but I think the length will make up the difference.

Just in time to get me salivating. Heading down this week for a couple days to see what's sifting around and hopefully line up some access.

How easy is it to actually fill a tag after waiting 12-13 years with no previous antelope hunting experience?

easier than shooting a doe deer, its trying to judge them that is the tough part.

He was a buster. Prongs were more than adequate!

Here is another nice one. Lots of curl up high and fairly heavy

Thanks Bone. I suck at judging the buggers but will keep making trips so hopefully I've a good(or better) grasp by October. Numbers seemed really good. We looked at 120+ bucks in an afternoon and following morning. I'll be making another run in July and August so hopefully I can share pictures of some slobs too.

How are the numbers looking these days Ram Crazy? Have they come back some since the bad winters?
Seems like things are starting to be worth pulling a tag in the next couple years
