Default Next weekend bow river walleye

Hey there all the plan is to hit up a few places in the eastern sections of the bow for walleye and goldeye and whatever else is biting haha. I know some good spots but was just wondering if anybody had any early season tactics that they might want to share. It's been awhile haha I'm still in hard water mode

Early season on the river can be good for walleye. If the water is clear and at normal levels a jighead tipped with a minnow works well. But as soon as run off starts they are hard to find in the river. During high water look for ditches or creeks that get back up, they can be full of walleye, pike and goldeye. One thing about a river you never know what your going to catch. Good Luck
