Default Blue Pike?

If you are asking about the odd coloring of the one on the left (not entirely clear from the photo) it would be a "blue pike", which is a rare, but well known, mutation. I caught one last year which was literally irredescent blue on the gills and silver on the sides (released).

According to this site, this story has been around since at least 2001.

hthttp://www.hoax-slayer.com/siamese-pike.shtmltp://

It is easy to fall for such a hoax when the story comes to you from someone considered a friend. The line of those fooled can stretch back a long ways.

That is why I check out every such story before commenting and even then I have fallen for a fake claim or story or two recently.
